Colby Maier Media LLC, d/b/a Academy of the Bible
Effective Date: Upon Client's acceptance (including checkout, enrollment, or participation)
This Client Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Colby Maier Media LLC, doing business as Academy of the Bible (“Academy of the Bible,” “Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any individual who enrolls in, purchases, or participates in the Academy of the Bible coaching program (“Client” or “you”).
This Agreement governs Client's participation in the Academy of the Bible coaching program. By enrolling, purchasing, or otherwise participating in coaching services, Client acknowledges that they are entering into a contractual relationship with the Academy of the Bible, not with any individual coach.
Coaches are independent contractors engaged by the Academy and do not enter into separate agreements with Clients.
1. COACHING SERVICES
The Academy of the Bible provides a professional, Christian, faith-based coaching program consisting of an initial intake session and ongoing coaching sessions.
This is a six (6) month coaching commitment and includes a minimum of twelve (12) one-hour coaching sessions, scheduled approximately twice per month, along with related coaching materials.
Coaching sessions may be delivered in one-on-one, group, or hybrid formats, as determined by the Academy based on Client needs and program structure. The Academy reserves the right to assign or substitute coaches at its discretion.
2. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
The intake fee is $200.00, paid in advance after acceptance into the coaching program. This fee is non-refundable and covers onboarding, administration, intake review, and program preparation.
The coaching fee is $2,400.00 total, paid in monthly installments of $400.00 per month for six (6) consecutive months. Upon enrollment, Client authorizes an initial charge of $600.00, which includes the $200.00 intake fee and the first monthly installment.
Sessions canceled or missed with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice are forfeited and will incur a $100.00 missed-appointment fee.
All accounts must be paid in full and in good standing prior to coaching sessions unless alternative arrangements are approved in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.
Automatic Billing Authorization
Client authorizes the Academy of the Bible to automatically charge the payment method on file $400.00 each month, beginning one month from the enrollment date (or the next business day if applicable), and continuing on the same calendar day each month until the six-month coaching commitment is satisfied.
Monthly charges are not dependent on session attendance and are due regardless of use, cancellation, or rescheduling of individual sessions, except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement.
3. COACH COMMITMENT
As a professional coaching organization, the Academy's first commitment is to Client privacy and confidentiality to the fullest extent reasonably possible. Client understands that coaching communications are not legally privileged.
Coaching is designed to clarify vision and purpose, set goals, and create action plans aligned with the Client's intentions. Coaching focuses on moving the Client forward according to their own agenda and decisions.
Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent harm, or required for internal supervision, administrative operations, or coordination with contracted service providers.
4. CLIENT COMMITMENT
- Attend scheduled sessions on time or reschedule at least twenty- four (24) hours in advance.
- Maintain payment obligations in good standing.
- Complete agreed-upon action steps.
- Engage honestly and fully in the coaching process.
- Prepare for sessions with intention and focus.
Client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process and that outcomes depend on Client effort, responsibility, and participation.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLAIMER
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, consulting, medical treatment, or mental health services. The Academy and its coaches do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions.
Client is fully responsible for their own well-being and agrees to seek appropriate licensed professionals as needed.
No Reliance; No Guarantees
No promises, guarantees, or representations regarding outcomes or results have been made outside of this Agreement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy of the Bible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client under this Agreement.

8. TERMINATION, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
No Refund Policy
All fees paid under this Agreement are non-refundable, except in rare extenuating circumstances expressly approved in writing by the Academy.
Early Termination
This is a six (6) month commitment. Early termination does not cancel or reduce remaining payment obligations.
Academy or Coach Cancellations
Sessions canceled by the Academy or an assigned coach will be rescheduled and do not entitle Client to refunds or fee reductions.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
