REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of memberships, courses, digital products, coaching services, program fees, and event registrations made through Academy of the Bible (“AOB”).

This Policy forms part of the AOB Terms of Service and is binding on all Users.

By making any purchase, you agree to this Policy in full.


1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

AOB provides digital education, theological training, memberships, coaching, and event-based programming. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, many purchases are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this Policy.

Refund eligibility varies by product category.


2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & DOWNLOADS

Digital products—including but not limited to courses, video lessons, PDF files, downloadable resources, modules, and study tools—are:

Inability to access digital content due to User-side technical limitations does not warrant a refund.


3. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS (MONTHLY OR ANNUAL)

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Users retain platform access until the end of the current billing cycle.


4. COACHING, CONSULTING & LIVE PROGRAMS

Payments for:

are non-refundable once the program begins or any program materials are delivered.

If a money-back guarantee exists, it will be explicitly stated at purchase.


5. WEBINARS, LIVESTREAMS & ONLINE EVENTS

Unless specifically noted otherwise:

7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES (STRICT POLICY)

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Users must contact AOB Support to resolve billing concerns before initiating a dispute with their bank.

If a User attempts a chargeback on a non-refundable purchase or after the refund window closes:

Initiating a chargeback for a transaction governed by this Policy is considered fraudulent misuse of the refund process.


8. BIBLE LANDS EXPERIENCE — REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Bible Lands Experience fees are governed jointly by:

8.1 AOB Installment 1 — AOB Experience Deposit ($1,600)

Non-refundable under all circumstances.

8.2 AOB Installment 3 — AOB Experience Balance ($1,600)

Refundable until March 13, 2026.

After this date, it becomes non-refundable.

8.3 Operator Installment — Land Package Payment ($1,600)

Refundable only under the tour operator’s stated Terms & Conditions.

The operator—not AOB—determines eligibility for refunds.

8.4 Chargebacks

Users may not initiate chargebacks for trip-related payments.

Doing so constitutes breach of Agreement.


9. BANNED MEMBER POLICY (NO REFUNDS)

If a User is removed or banned due to:

• No refunds will be issued for any prior payments.

• If the User attempts to rejoin under any alias, email, or new account, AOB may terminate access immediately.

• AOB is under no obligation to refund any subsequent payments after a ban.

This policy prevents abusive re-entry and protects the AOB community.


10. EVENT CANCELLATION BY AOB

AOB may modify, reschedule, or cancel programs, workshops, or events at any time.

If AOB cancels an event:
